Cancellation policy

Priority and Angler memberships renew automatically annually unless canceled. You may cancel automatic renewal at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; benefits continue through the end of your already-paid membership year. Membership fees are generally nonrefundable, with no prorated refund for unused time. Benefits and discounts end when the paid membership year expires without successful renewal.

If you believe you purchased a membership accidentally, request a refund in writing at info@hidrelectronics.com. Include your name, order number, and explanation. HIDR Electronics may approve a refund at its sole discretion after reviewing your written request. Approval is not guaranteed. Refunds required by applicable law will be honored.
