Equipment shipping area

HIDR Electronics ships eligible equipment to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Alaska and Hawaii orders temporarily require a shipping quote before payment. International shipping is not available. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. Oversized or freight shipments may require special arrangements.

Shipping options and charges

Standard shipping is $9.95 and Ground shipping is $13.95 for eligible orders to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Available methods and charges are displayed at checkout. For Alaska and Hawaii, email info@hidrelectronics.com or call 704-813-5932 with the products, quantities and delivery address for a shipping quote. Customers pay the quoted shipping cost with no added shipping surcharge. Once you approve the quote, we’ll send a Shopify invoice for payment. HIDR does not offer free equipment shipping. Two-day and overnight shipping are not currently available at checkout.

Availability and delivery timing

Delivery depends on product availability, order processing, and carrier transit. Transit time starts after dispatch, not when the order is placed. Backordered items may delay dispatch. Contact HIDR before ordering if you need equipment by a specific date. We do not guarantee a delivery date unless expressly confirmed.

Oversized items and special handling

Contact HIDR before ordering equipment that may require truck freight, oversized handling, a signature, or other special delivery arrangements. If a shipping exception prevents fulfillment at the checkout rate, we will contact you before proceeding. No additional shipping charge will be collected without your approval.

Memberships

Priority and Angler memberships do not require physical shipment or a shipping charge. Equipment purchased with a membership remains subject to the applicable equipment shipping charges.

Shipping problems and returns

Report damaged, missing, or incorrect deliveries promptly. Keep the merchandise and all shipping packaging for review. Contact HIDR for instructions before returning anything. See our Returns and Refunds policy.
